On October 4th and 5th, 2023, SDMMS had the privilege of briefing our future end users on the project's goals and status. Our consortium partner, BPTI, took part in the meeting of NMCC Commanders from Germany, Poland, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Lithuania (NMCC stands for National Movement Coordination Centre), held in Kaunas, Lithuania.

The purpose of the conference was to acquaint participants with the NMCC's role, tasks, abilities, capabilities, as well as procedures and restrictions for movement through countries in the region. The goal was to foster mutual understanding of the military mobility-related challenges and opportunities in the region.

This marked the first instance of presenting specific details of SDMMS progress at a specialized level. Our presentation generated considerable interest and enthusiasm, and we received invaluable feedback and guidance for our project.
