The Secure Digital Military Mobility System (SDMMS) is a comprehensive digital solution facilitating the exchange of information on military mobility in an efficient, secure, and timely manner.
The Secure Digital Military Mobility System facilitates direct and secure exchange of information between nations requesting and approving the mobility of military units, personnel, equipment, and supplies.

Harmonisation of military mobility processes and documents, taking into account the requirements from 11 nations.
Countries have full control over their data due to the federated architecture.
Secure and digital sharing of Form 302 data among countries and between customs and military agencies.
Resilient communication backbone ensures the security of data exchanges and enforces the need-to-know principle.
Automated data exchange with LOGFAS EVE and other national systems.
Full processing of diplomatic clearance, deployment permits, and annual permit documents for sea, air, and surface modes of transportation.
Multitude of customisation capabilities allow to adapt the system for national needs and procedures.
Provides highly efficient, secure and convenient integrated working environment for all officials.
Precise and granual management of access rights and roles.
FUNCTIONALITY
The SDMMS is designed to handle the processing of movement requests and approvals for various types of missions, including:
Permit to Deploy
Request to visit (for personnel visiting foreign base)
Diplomatic Clearance for military and state aircraft
Diplomatic Clearance for military vessel
Authorization for convoy and oversized/overweight movements
Permission for rail and inland waterway movement
